I grow in the naturally gifted rural settings of Oromia, Ethiopia. I engage with goods & wicked situation of the surroundings. Since then, I’m learning in & out of school. My formal education emphases on Cooperative Organization Management & Marketing, Cooperative Business Management, Leadership & Change Management. I spent a decade working on business organization focusing on Famers, Women, Medium & Small enterprise which promotes self help & provides financial products. Specifically, I was exposed to perform organizing cooperative entities, recruit financial customer, manage financial & non financial activities of financial institution unit, Conduct risk assessment, investigation, risk-based auditing & reporting. I had learned a lot from experience. This acquainted me with the power of knowledge & skills to treat human business order. I am the man of action & believe in decision by consensus. I'll understand to some extent, as we are currently heading towards the mountain of challenge, where we can’t escape back. we can overcome the challenges ahead of us through the enabling glory of God, application of suitable theory & cooperation. I’ll rest my faith on the power of lord!
