I create more intelligent systems, reduce risks, and design tools for continual process improvements.I’ve spent 18 years perfecting the Navitent platform to enable every human being to contribute to and share in accumulating every behavioral intelligence process or workflow that enhances social justice, social impact, healthcare, public safety, and faith.My goal is to make real systemic change attainable and sustainable for High Reliability Organization (HRO) implementations and intelligence augmented delivery of services for the public trust. I seek to eliminate costs and IT barriers to deploying the HRO framework in highly complex missions while servicing a deeper engaged community for personal and group healing and achievement. I have done this without the unintended consequences, bias, or disparate impact on platforms with advertising or big data profit models. In the Army, I taught soldiers the importance of 110% readiness. One of the best compliments I’ve ever received was when a returning Soldier said to me, “The mission was easy compared to your training!” That is music to my ears, meaning I trained them to accomplish their Commander’s intent even in high-stakes situations safely.I’ve taken these lessons forward with Navitent. I instill in our technology team their mission for social good - period. They accomplish their objectives only by working on all the problematic parts of deployment and process design behind the scenes for the ease of engaging and valuable for our clients. Our “servant technology” mindset eliminates the need for clients to have any IT expertise personally or on staff. It guarantees frictionless UX and an easy-to-understand, step-by-step framework that anyone in the field can expertly wield.Outside Navitent, I oversee all care and process applications as one of two coordinators responsible for over 3,000 nurses within the VA Healthcare System. We guarantee best practices in process automation, emphasizing Continuous Process Improvement, Human Factor Engineering, and Rapid Process Improvement Workflows.I’m a strong advocate for mental health personally and professionally with four years in Mental Health Nursing Admin serving Veterans and caregivers. I donate my time and technology to support mental health and substance abuse programs through my Church and as a volunteer.
