My name is Hailee Watson and I graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and minors in Addiction Studies and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. I am currently working in retail management with hopes of expanding into further management projects in multiple fields, including but not excluded to the mental health field, business management, and human resources. I have over 7 years of excellent customer service and retail experience, 2 years of lead and management experience, and 4 years of office organization and planning experience. I am an active advocate for women's rights, LGBTQIA+ rights, and the rights of the BIPOC community, for which I volunteer and donate on a regular basis both locally in Polk county and nationally through organizations like March for Our Lives. I have a passion for furthering access to tools that facilitate a more whole and fulfilling life for all communities, and live by one fundamental goal: make the world a better than it was when you entered it. I plan to accomplish this through continued work in the above listed fields by applying my skills of empathetic and active communication, clear goal and deadline orientation and planning, and logical planning and organization management.
