In addition to my other duties as a Talent & Selection Manager, in June 2020, I led on the group’s Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy for 2021.I sourced a new charity partner for the group (St Mungo’s )and organised and managed charity led events such as the Christmas shoe box appeal which was a huge success.Most recently, I project managed a small team in Birmingham to completely refurb a community centre - which received an award in Nov 2021.

Loughton

Built and managed the in-house recruitment function for the Group to include both corporate and construction divisions. Set up and managed all new recruitment processes for the group including a PSL, terms of business etc.Worked closely with the SLT to ensure that these processes were seamlessly integrated across the business.Created and managed the early talent programmes for the group (work experience, apprentices and graduates).This included all recruitment, assessment centres, programme of works etc.
