Responsible for preparing a variety of pastries, appetizers, desserts, lunch prep for the Lodge’s upscale dining room, as well as staff meals. Also responsible for calling orders, plating, dishwashing and cleanup. Part of a small, close knit, highly efficient team. Lived onsite in the backcountry (11 km dirt road out to the nearest highway).

Worked on the after-school childcare team, and taught a variety of classes, including art, circus, sports, and cooking.

Designed and illustrated intricate and whimsical printable colouring sheets for tens and adults that were tailored to the upcoming Arctic Exhibit. Sheets are used as printable content, as well as to enhance experience at special events like Nature Nocturne.
