• The United States Secret Service Uniformed Division (USSS UD) is the security police force of the U.S. Secret Service in charge of protecting the physical White House grounds and foreign diplomatic missions in the District of Columbia area.• Traveled several times to provide protection detail for the U.S. President.• Completed Level 1 Civil Disturbance Unit (CDU) training in September, 2020 resulting in a CDU officer certification.• Completed bicycle patrol training in October, 2020 resulting in a White House Trek Officer certification. • Responsible for protecting the White House at all times including during the May, 2020 riots.• Proficient in the use of various firearms, crowd control and self-defense tactics.

Completed 150 hours of work with this department as part of an internship. Participated in many different units within the department and got to experience a wide range of activities. Participated in ride alongs on interstate 95, helped with the Safety department in VA state inspection facilities, helped inspected tractor trailers on interstate 95. Participated in recruitment from speaking with the public to interacting with high school children, sat in with the Bureau of Criminal Investigation and helped in the division office.
