I have five total years of customer service experience, split between retail and restaurant work. I managed two retail stores before moving to work at a department store, where I was the supervisor for multiple different departments during my time with the company. I started restaurant work as a host, and quickly moved to the bartending position as soon as I was old enough. I ran the floor when managers were not on campus during the day, and became the management backup in times of high volume. I am calm and collected in stressful situations, and I have an attention to detail that doesn't hinder my efficiency. I have six months of data entry experience, as well as work from home experience. I enjoy making the customer happy!
