The job is all about hosting a party for everyone shopping with us. We are aimed towards the trends of 18-24yr olds and switch our inventory accordingly. Working at Spencer's means giving our guests a great experience coming in, making friends, and insuring they will return. By getting to know the guests, you're able to develop a relationship with them where they want to come back to the store and see YOU! We go though 3 training programs for products we sell. Maintaining the cleanliness, full-stock and fun aspect of our store is a main priority. There are ADS and UPTs that we have goals to meet each day. There are yearly campaigns as well as deals/sales.

This seasonal job required cleaning cabins around the campground using different chemicals and materials following a professional house cleaning checklist. Moved around furniture to clean underneath and around, as well as dusting a number to different wall hangings and fans. Accepted accountability for all assigned building keys and master keys. Maintained laundry and linens for all cabins. Disposed of trash and kept up with the grounds. Documented and reported all repairs that were needed in specific housing units as well as the bathhouse.
