• NPDES wastewater permitting / compliance: Preparation of renewal/amendment applications with technical support through permit issuance and ongoing compliance support. Discharge Monitoring Report preparation; water quality technical review and use of TCEQ’s Water Quality Standards and TEXTOX menus to project pollutant analytical requirements and permit limits. Examples of permit amendments include: outfall relocation, addition of waste stream(s), increased flow volume, increased permit limitations, removal of monitoring requirements. • 316(b) cooling water intake structure: Preparation of 316(b) applicability determination, requests for alternate schedules, support of entrainment and impingement sampling• Evaluation of industrial facility wastewater operations. • POTW wastewater permit applications and compliance support. • Multi-media audits (water, wastewater, air, waste) for trucking facilities to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations throughout the United States.
