I am a young HR professional who is always looking to learn more. I started in onboarding where I learned a lot of fundamental HR knowledge and got an introduction to Workday. At Cox Communications, I started in a rotational HR program where I rotated through the Employee Service Center, Leadership Development, and Compensation & Org Design over the course of two years. Now, I’ve moved into an HRBP Coordinator role where I’ll be supporting our business cross-functionally across a variety of HR initiatives. I’m quickly becoming a general HR athlete and still looking for opportunities to learn! I’m known as an agile worker who leans into my curiosities to find solutions.
