Responsibilities include planning and scheduling procedures, coordinating daily clinic activities, overseeing patient care delivery as provided by coworkers, triage of women’s health patients, assisting in patient intake and assessment, and serving as support for women’s health providers.

Beginning in January 2021 I began my women’s health nurse practitioner practicum and preceptorship under the supervision of an OB/GYN physician. During my time at Jennie Stuart, I have gained exceptional experience to enter the workforce as a proficient WHNP. Throughout this year, I have learned and collaborated with my preceptor to provide care to women with obstetrical and gynecologic problems, perform routine care, and most importantly how to order and interpret data in a timely matter to ensure appropriate care is given.

Job requirements in this position involved providing legal and administrative support to attorneys. The job required preparation of various legal documents, coordination of settlement hearings, preparation of trial materials, filing court documents, and communication with outside legal teams as well as the Tennessee Department of Labor.

Job requirements in this position primarily involved maintaining the front of house during operating hours. I supervised cashiers, organized and managed catering orders, completed and filed financial spreadsheets, completed bank deposits, and provided exceptional customer service

Job requirements in this position involved assembly, maintenance and transfer of files for attorneys and other legal professionals. The job also required coordinating meeting times with attorneys and their clients as well as coordinating offsite storage and retrieval of files. I also communicated regularly with legal professionals and various records departments at other Frost Brown Todd LLC locations through telephone, email, and in person.
