The Crystal Ballroom is resplendent with crystal chandeliers, heroic murals, 35-foot ceilings and a full wraparound terrace. The 5,600 square foot event space and the adjunct 1,400 square foot parlor provide an ample space for up to 400 guests for a seated meal, with a dance floor. Sambuca, one of Houston’s most exclusive caterers, provides food and beverage service.

• Plan, Manage and execute all aspects of private events, meetings and golf tournaments, including fostering relationships with members, individuals and corporations so as to maintain relationships with repeat clients while prospecting for new events achieving all weekly, quarterly and annual sales goals. • Set and communicate all timelines, priorities, and event information of every event with all department heads, vendors and clients ensuring organized execution and quality delivery in all facets. • Understanding all details pertaining to the wedding, corporate and social event market.• Produces sales based on networking and gaining referrals from prior clients, as well as through targeted marketing campaigns and multimedia advertising to increase overall department revenue. • Maintaining detailed Banquet Event Orders and contracts to meet and exceed all client expectations and effectively communicate all details of event including, menu, décor, set up and timelines to all departments heads.
