• Receive, review, and input all vendor purchase orders in ERP system, and submit to chemical wholesale distributors• Manage all current open purchase orders to ensure accuracy of quantity, pricing, and applicable rebates• Communicate with chemical distributors and manufacturers regarding rebate programs and eligibility for branded chemicals• Correspond directly with customers/growers regarding orders and projected delivery dates• Review all monthly and quarterly quotes, and update ERP system with price lists for various chemical by brand, container size, and contract• Manage all rebate G/L accounts, and conduct monthly rebate account reconciliations to determine accuracy of estimated rebate postings versus final rebates issued• Create and manage part set up in ERP system for various items including chemical, fertilizer, cover crop, and miscellaneous airplane maintenance parts

• Create and manage part set up in ERP system for materials, ingredients, and manufactured items requiring sub-assembly processes• Manage and validate calculated standard costs for manufactured items including material costs, associated labor, and overhead costs• Bill of Material creation for manufactured items, including correct demand and inclusion rates for all material components• Conduct routine yield analysis to ensure scrap factors are proportionate to formula requirements and throughput • Create and update standard cost records on a quarterly basis for all ingredients and materials• Conduct daily reviews of G/L postings created by the costing of work orders• Monthly review of G/L postings regarding labor and overhead variance, material usage variance, and cost of goods adjustments

• Receive, review, and input all customer purchase orders for both co-manufacturing and private brands customers • Manage all current open sales orders to ensure accuracy regarding the completion of corresponding work orders • Receive, review, and input all revisions to customer purchase orders.• Manage EDI portals utilized for the submittal of purchase orders for private brands customers• Correspond directly with customers regarding order confirmations for all purchase orders submitted• Review all monthly and quarterly quotes, and input pricing for each purchase order in accordance with the requirements of the designated quote• Manage and update the Advanced Pricing module with pricing provided by monthly and quarterly customer quotes

• Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance including but not limited to the following: HACCP, FSMA, and export compliance regulations• Develop new methods to resolve problems efficiently and achieve acceptable results• Implement new procedures to meet adjusted standards and communicated changes to personnel • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications• Evaluate ongoing operations of various laboratory functions and equipment • Monitor on-site pest control programs, environmental programs, analytical testing, as well as microbiological testing in accordance to regulatory requirements• Hire and manage staff for the department including both Quality Assurance and Food Safety/Sanitation positions• Support a department of 12 or more employees by distributing assignments, providing technical instruction, and answering personnel questions • Conduct weekly meetings to help consistency in teamwork
