In the field of Health and Human services we strive to help patients meet their needs and advocate to receive the best care possible. I was interested in this field because I am passionate about helping others understand their health diagnoses and connecting them to the necessary resources. I chose to study Health and Human services after seeing how many individuals out there were confused by certain diagnoses or being unsure of the many resources out there to help them. I am currently a stay at home mom of two beautiful children. They are the so wonderful to be with daily and help me be the better version of myself. They have pushed me to completing my degree to provide a better life for them.
