I communicate with over 50 students weekly, performing customer service connections and providing helpful information in their journey of applying to Baylor. I represent the culture of Baylor while also acting as a leader to develop the professional culture of the student workers. I also facilitate training sessions for new hires, handling confidential information. I am personally responsible for administrative duties such as scheduling and preparing staff members for the job and performing staff reviews regularly. Developed decision making skills by creating new content 3 times a week that connected to our target market. I conducted research in the consumer insights and behavior of our market and developed new material for our social media channel.
