Hailey grew up on Vancouver Island, starting her career in restaurants at a young age in Tofino. Her passion for Hospitality led her to Vancouver, where she continued to hone her skills, grow her knowledge and meet new people. Hailey has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, starting in the kitchen, and working all aspects of the restaurant throughout her career, and she moved from General Manager to multi-unit manager. Also carrying a strong passion for music, Hailey started a hip-hop and Reggae promotion company, putting on shows all over Vancouver and surrounding areas to promote local artists. Being an avid hiker and snowboarder, Hailey has also spent many summers on the Sunshine Coast and winters in Whistler and Big White. What does she love most about working in the restaurant industry? Making connections. Hailey says, “I have always loved to travel and meet new people; I believe that life is all about sharing moments, whether with friends, family or complete strangers! Hailey and her family live in West Kelowna, where she enjoys running, doing CrossFit, or soaking up some sun at the beach!Hailey will work tirelessly to ensure your success, whether representing your company or your career.
