In my capacity as a Customer Care Representative, I oversee order processing for 400 clinics spanning across 5 states. My responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks including order processing, correspondence management, and addressing customer inquiries to guarantee optimal satisfaction. From handling incoming calls to facilitating return goods authorizations and processing complaint forms, I navigate seamlessly through various aspects of customer service. Utilizing tools such as Excel Files and Infor Syteline, I meticulously manage order entries to meet weekly deadlines, aligning with transportation objectives and maintaining consistent client contentment across clinics.

Part of my role with Gamer Advantage involves managing a network of over 100 partners, communicating with them on a monthly basis regarding their needs, concerns, or other interests in the company. On top of this, I also scout and recruit new partners every month. I set up introduction calls, assist them with onboarding and product, as well as assisting in partnership announcements.

My role consists primarily of media production, creating newsletters, and facilitating deals with other companies for Cinch and Alt. However, I remain flexible in this role in order to continuously learn new processes and be involved with new projects. On a day-to-day basis, I assist in creating our weekly emails that include our newsletter, new product, or sales. I also help to edit and schedule our social media posts using software like Feedhive, Buffer, and Adobe Softwares. This includes both videos and photographs of products we are selling. On top of these tasks, I work to create deals with other companies and clients for large purchase amounts. When in office I also help the customer service team, assisting with any support tickets and ensuring our partner orders are fulfilled. Throughout my time I also assisted with item creation of our products across our websites, along with brainstorming ideas for new products.

As a Lead Influencer Manager, my role involves managing a network of over 200 influencers. I also manage a team of partnership managers ranging from 1-7 direct reports at any given time. With this team, I assist them with the day to day scouting process, answer company questions, and finding solutions to any problems their partners have.

Played a pivotal role in fostering community engagement through management of programs such as Adopt-A-Program and the Tribute TreeResponsibilities extended to event planning, reservation scheduling for public parks and ball fields, as well as contributing to effective online outreach through Facebook posts and updates on the websiteManaged around 150+ volunteers for clean-ups/projects throughout the city335 hours were worked for Adopt A Program services, saving the city $5,000 to $8,000 in labor costs. 311 volunteer hours were worked on the Superior Municipal Forest Disc Golf Course, saving $4,665 to $7,464 in labor costs.
