•Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process, to include identifying and sourcing both active & passive talent, screening qualifications, making offers, reporting and communication with the hiring team;•Develop a knowledge of the various positions as well as the desired company culture to refine recruiting and retention strategies and meet staffing objectives;•Proactively communicate with hiring manager to execute action plans to fill positions as effectively as possible;•Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates including professional organizations and educational institutions;•Source and review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, education, and knowledge for applicable opportunities; Conduct via phone, video and/or in-person interviews with applicants;•Maintain documentation on all recruiting activities and communicate as needed (i.e., open job report, candidate tracking, offer status’, etc.);•Research and recommend creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies, test new websites/technology to best position ARM in attracting the best talent;•Assist in the development of job descriptions, postings (including social posts), and all other communications internally and externally to promote ARM’s hiring needs;•Assist with the Onboarding process to ensure the new employee experience is thorough, informative, and enjoyable;

• Identify, interview, and place highly-qualified professionals in new career opportunities• Leverage creative messaging and networking strategies to recruit and engage top technicaltalent.• Source for candidates using referral networks, job boards, social and professional networks, andour existing database.• Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills,professional strengths, compensation expectations, and career goals.• Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and onboarding process.• Negotiate offer details, compensation, and benefits to attract and close candidates intopositions.• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and determine key requirements.• Document all interactions with candidates in an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)• Provide prompt and thorough feedback to candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.• Perform reference checks and validate certifications.• Coordinate and prepare candidates for interviews.• Proactively build and cultivate a strong pipeline of IT and digital talent.

• Review and source candidate resumes for the recruiting team using Boolean searches, jobboards, social and professional networks, and our existing database.• Partner with team members to understand the job descriptions, determine requirements, andgeneral information to pull keywords with an understanding of the core needs of the job.• Create and add candidates to job workflows within the Application Tracking System.• Perform reference checks and validate certifications.• Deliver quality candidates based on required job skills.• Team up with Recruiters to support and implement initiatives to source and attract diversetalent.
