Served as a Village Facilitator for United States Agency of International Development (USAID) Millennium Water and Sanitation Program (PEPAM) with principal managerial responsibilities over the production of thirty-seven latrines for the benefit of 370 people. Concurrently applied marketing and business education to ensure the successful implementation of hygiene programs in the village of Misserah Peuhl, resulting in an increase of access to proper sanitation facilities of 74% and approval for a second latrine construction project commencing in June 2013. Co-organized and directed the region-wide Girls’ Leadership Conference 2013 for twenty-six young women and their fathers in order to promote the importance of girls’ education and to initiate dialogue between father and daughter that focused on ameliorating gender problems at the home and village level. Raised funds by means of various social media outlets for the Michele Sylvester Scholarship program, which supplements school tuition fees for young women and resulted in eighteen students continuing their educations for an additional year. In accordance with the Stomp Out Malaria initiative, reinforced tactics for the prevention of malaria in ten villages by means of Malaria Education Skits 2011 and the Bed Net Repair Tourney 2012 with the international goal of eradicating malaria by 2015.
