•Advises PhD, Master of Science in Public Health, Masters of Statistics in Biostatistics degree programs, and Emergency Health, Statistics, Public Health and Global Health certificate programs •Involved in recruiting for all academic programs within the Division of Public Health. Attend annual recruiting events such as the Utah Graduate School Fair and other events as assigned•Coordinates logistics for general examination for PhD students and monitors practicum work for Master of Statistics Biostatistics students •Assist students in career advising by providing available resources and appropriate connections •Involved in Division Communication. •Assisted the GearUp Coordinator in planning an overnight campus experience for at risk high school students •Motivated students on the importance of education by teaching a class on college preparation providing resources to enhance academic preparedness •Corresponded with professors and department heads to set up mock courses for students
