    First finding this Internship I was ecstatic that I was going to be working for a company with the same core values as me. Whatcom Million Trees was a nonprofit organization that was planning to plant 1 million trees throughout Whatcom County and needed to get the word out for investors that would help make this possible. The owner reached out and asked if i was able to build them a social media front for their Instagram and Twitter and post tree related content as well as when they got started, content of them planting those trees.Overall i was able to start up both accounts and gain a following of around 100 people in just a few weeks. I was able to share my passions with a follower base that appreciated their surrounding and took a lot from that. I learned that I want to go into a career that I was passionate in, and that it can mean all the difference when finding that in a company.
