My current job is a LPN on a per diem status at Manatawny Manor Assisted Living. I provide daily assistance and care to all resident's on my unit. I assist with medication administration, wound care, clinical documentation, assessments and ADLs. I coordinate with the physician and therapists in the facility to manage care while residents are inpatient. I have former experience working in a skilled nursing and rehab setting giving the same care listed above but at a more acute level.
