Hello! My name is Hailey Pritchett and I am pursuing a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. I am also working on a minor in Psychology and certificates in both Human Resource Management and Marketing Analytics!I have been working for Whitmoor Country Club in Weldon Spring, MO as a lead server for the past four summers where I serve guests, build strong rapport with returning members, and train/ mentor other employees. I am also currently serving as the House Manager for my sorority Chi Omega. This role entails managing and maintaining an 84-person home, attending weekly meetings with our House Director and Executive Board, and effectively communicating with all other teams I am a part of. Lastly, I also serve as the Social Media Manager of the Mizzou Women's Club Volleyball team where I work to keep all accounts up to date, be a point of communication for the club, and keep our followers informed of upcoming events.
