My role consisted of being a retail sales associate. Whilst taking on this role I have experience in customer service such as making customers feel comfortable and happy, cash/card transactions through Shopify, and online orders using Shopify and XPS ship. My skill sets included customer service, opening and closing the store, taking cash/card transactions, knowledge about clothing and On Cloud shoes, and using an Apple iPad as well as an HP computer.

My role consisted of being the shaver of ice and assistant manager to our full time manager over all other employees. Before taking on this role, I trained new employees, crated the deserts, and was a cashier. My skill sets included customer service, opening and closing the store, taking cash transactions, and using a square machine.
