-Managed Student Solutions Call Center and In-person services.-Coordinated over 120 student agents on outbound campaigns, virtual chats with students, and incoming calls from multiple departments, including financial aid & admissions. -Assisted students & families in comprehending financial aid, requirements, student life, and admissions processes. -Oversaw a personalized outgoing video project where over 18,000 videos were sent to prospective NAU students in one year across multiple campaigns. -Operate alongside the University Honors Program, Multi-Cultural Student Center, Office of Residence Life, Native American Student Services, the six University colleges, and other departments to schedule, host, report, and evaluate phone campaign efforts.
