I was given the opportunity to assist the couture design team, at Marchesa, in creating their Resort and Spring 2018 collections. My role on the design team required me to be responsible for day to day tasks such as:- Designing floral appliques- Creating embroidery and beading layouts- Hand sewing- Assisting with fittings- Assisting with photoshoots

During the Spring/Summer '14 and '15 New York Fashion Show I interned backstage with Aveda as a modeling coordinator. For each show I was in charge of checking models in and then sending them off to get there hair and makeup done by the Aveda crew. After the trial model was finished I would then bring her to the designer asking if they would like any changes to be made. Overall I was in charge of making sure things moved swiftly and efficiently.
