As an event assistant with the Geneva Graduate Institute, my main responsibility is to ensure a smooth event operation, including microphone handling, video camera operation online event moderation, etc.

As a part of my Applied Research Project for my master's degree, I, alongside my team, are responsible for analyzing 30+ interviews and compiling the research into an ethnographic book chapter, situated among a larger body of research. Through this role, I have developed skills in qualitative research methods and analysis, including data coding, content analysis, and literature review. I have also gained valuable experience in working collaboratively with a team of student researchers to produce a final product that is both cohesive and impactful.

As the social media and communications chair of QISA, I am responsible for managing the initiative's online presence and creating engaging content to promote our events. My duties include developing and executing social media strategies, creating graphics social media platforms, creating and sending out newsletters. and maintaining the organization's website.
