As a Training Facilitator and Learning Experience Designer, my mission is to craft a welcoming and engaging learning environment for every new hire. In my current role as a Senior Facilitator for Vail Resorts, I take pride in curating an up-to-date and effective training curriculum. I not only ensure the regular updating of existing content but also contribute to the development of new, innovative training materials. Facilitating a seamless onboarding process, I am responsible for preparing and delivering comprehensive new agent training classes. This encompasses managing learner progress, coordinating onboarding logistics and equipment setup, administering system log-ins, and assessing, managing, and communicating the performance of new employees.To further enhance the learning experience, I create and deliver follow-up education sessions and update/refresher training throughout the year. Responding promptly to training requests from the operations team, I provide effective and tailored training solutions to address specific needs. Additionally, I play a key role in developing internal talent, contributing to the growth and success of our team at Vail Resorts. My goal is not just to train employees but to inspire a genuine passion for Vail Resorts that resonates throughout our organization.
