- Assists the Caucus Vice Chair’s office with member services event logistics and staffing the front office during events.- Attends briefings and hearings on technology, transportation, and health policy areas in order to draft memos to help with legislative research for Committees such as Energy and Commerce, Appropriations, and Transportation and Infrastructure. - Drafts cosponsor requests for the legislative teams to fulfill Vice Chair’s legislative priorities. - Converses with constituents in-person and on the phone while being receptive to their interests and concerns for the office’s consideration and formal response.- Organizes and manages tasks for constituents including submitting flag requests, providing tours of the Capitol, and arranging visits to national landmarks.- Drafts constituent response letters and tags incoming mail using the office's Constituent Response Management (CRM) system, Intranet Quorum (IQ).- Leads interns on specific projects for the Caucus Vice Chair’s office.- Successfully planned and executed the 118th Congress organizational meeting.
