I advise students on UX & Web Development questions in office hours through my university's New Media Institute.

I am currently contributing to research to support telehealth at our CARE Center, which has involved designing surveys and focus group questions to asses telehealth readiness. I've also contributed to redesigning the platform used for nutrition research to function within Canvas LMS using HTML and CSS, while maintaining past usability and ease of use for participants based on feedback from past user interviews. I've also constructed Qualtrics survey integrating various usability quantitative measures for future participant feedback.

I drove development for a feature for an Agile product by aligning stakeholders, technology, and UX team on requirements.I also contributed to the design and content of SharePoint website for onboarding new product team members and develop standard work. This included implementing a feedback form and reaching out to team members in order to support its continuous improvement.As part of the Events/Social Committee, I helped organize four events for interns to connect with each other and the company while managing other priorities.Additionally, I pursued and completed multiple certificates, specifically in product management, LEAN, and presentation skills, and applied learnings to projects.

As a Career Development Intern, I advised 35+ UGA students and alumni on personal statements, exploring careers, etc. I also created 12+ social media posts, flyers, and other materials to promote Career Center events using Canva Pro.I helped summarize survey data from Qualtrics to help incorporate student feedback into the Career Center.
