As part owner of Cox Logistics, I help with anything needed to further grow and develop our company. We are now expanding and will be servicing in both Opa-Laka, Florida and Hanahan, South Carolina. I have taken on the new roles of employee recruiter, director of marketing, and event manager. Through hosting on-site hiring events and publishing ads on Instagram, Indeed, and LinkedIn I was able to prepare the company for the quick start at our new location in South Carolina.

Cox Logistics is a family-owed Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP). As the Business Analyst, I managed the IT capabilities to bridge the gap between the company and information technology to better the overall flow of the business. • Processed the company’s multimillion dollar payroll and pulled weekly profit analysis reports to determine appropriate times for modifications in employee scheduling, employee raises, and strategized optimal dates to hire. • Analyzed employee driving reports to find where job performance can be improved to increase rankings amongst all Amazon DSPs to reach a minimum threshold of 98% satisfaction. • Utilized reports from ADP and developed models in excel to cut arrival, loading, and delivery time by at least 30%.

Balanced my time between an IT migration project, PCI Gap Assessment, and Information Security Review while harnessing strategic planning, data mining, and cybersecurity skills.

Launched a local business after demonstrating mastery of the application of eyelash extensions and becoming certified.• Built a consistent clientele of 30-40 people and served over 100 total clients.• Designed and posted digital marketing campaigns which improved overall engagement on social media platforms by 50% and brought in 2-3 new clients per week.• Utilized Square to coordinate appointments, automate SMS responses due to cancellations, track product sales, collect payments, and store client history for future client analysis. • Tracked and analyzed all revenue and expenses in excel to determine monthly profits.
