I'm Hailey Schuster and I am a freshman at Kansas State University currently pursuing a degree in marketing with a certificate in sales as well as sports and entertainment.During my time in college I have focuses on my academics as well as service for my community. I volunteered at the 383 Fit Closet which is an organization that provides clothes for families and students in the Manhattan area. Being given this given this opportunity has helped me grow in empathy, leadership, and communication. I am also an active member of Alpha Xi Delta. Joining this organization has benefited me tremendously. I have been given opportunities for leadership, networking, community service, and many amazing friendships. I am currently a philanthropy chair in Alpha Xi Delta. This organization has helped me grow and mature as a young woman and I am beyond thankful for the group of women that push me to be the best I can everyday. I have had working experience as a nanny, server, and a camp counselor. All of these differing positions have taught me how to learn quickly, adapt to different work cultures, and how to hold myself accountable. I am very excited about my future with marketing and sales and cannot wait to see what the future a head holds for me.
