Being a host at Need has taught be a great deal of information, both about the restaurant business and working as a professional. My responsibilities include greeting and seating customers, cleaning tables, keeping the entryway clean and organized, answering incoming calls as well as taking to go orders, communicating with managers and other staff about needs of customers, working with staff members to complete cleaning duties to keep the restaurant clean. Working in a restaurant has helped me to become very adaptable, think quickly for creative solutions, communicate with people of all ages, and think of new ways of doing different operations in order to be most effective.
