Things I did ...- Produced over 80 projects both large and small for T-Mobile, Boeing, Microsoft, and HTC- Projects ranged from internal/external videos, broadcast TV spots, and recurring episode content - Manage the production of video content and the client relationship with a variety of corporate clients.- Generate estimates, proposals, and statements of work for projects and manage budget allocations. - Build work-back schedules and drive communication regarding milestones, shoot logistics, post production review cycles, and final video delivery.- Keep track of all expenses and hours that go into each project, and be ready to report to management or client at all times.- Engage and negotiate with talent, crew, vendors, and freelancers as needed for specific projects.- Issue and collect all legal forms (releases, insurance certs, etc.) to protect company from any liability.- Make travel arrangements for on-site shoot days and go with production crews on-site as needed to ensure shoot is successful.- Assist with quality control to ensure delivered videos are always free of errors, typos, or glitches.- Communicate regularly with management regarding production needs to ensure staffing is available and slated for your projects ahead of time.
