•Carrying out corrosion risk assessments and corrosion growth assessments for offshore and onshore pipelines. This includes the identification of internal / external corrosion risks, their degree of severity and possible mitigation, by using international models and standards including NACE, NORSOK and ISO (e.g. NACE MR0175/ISO 15156, NORSOK M-506, NORSOK M-001, ISO 15589)•Writing and reviewing specifications to ensure compliance with relevant international standards for materials selection, paints/coatings, welding procedures, etc.•Developing corrosion control schemes and management strategies for offshore and onshore pipelines•Providing corrosion consultancy services to customers on pipelines and associated plants•Delivering technical reports to customers on programmes of work regarding corrosion•Contributing to business development activities in the oil and gas industry and other sectors
