Care & Treatment Para:Daily collect and receive data from three care and treatment facilities within the district. Meet with individuals coming into the care and treatment programs and obtain pertinent information to support their current education. Request and send out academic, health, and Special Education records. File records received. Maintain accurate data obtained via excel spreadsheet. Monitor daily attendance.EBD Para:Assist students academically and behaviorally under the direction of classroom teachers. File schoolwork for individual students. Monitor and record school students meeting their IEP goals.

Provide highly professional care for an infant with Down syndrome, Mondays through Fridays. Attend all of the infant's medical appointments, with both parents, ranging from well child checks, to PT and OT. Facilitate daily, in-home PT and OT exercises as instructed by Mayo Clinic and Rochester School District. Administer medication for infant daily.

Shadowed Certified Medical Assistants and LPNs. Escorted injury risk patients throughout facility. Obtained patient health information and vital signs. Assisted doctors with small surgical procedures. Practiced intravenous blood draws, as well as properly ordering and labeling specimens.

Attended clients medical appointments, activities, and events.Arranged and managed appointments and calendars for all clients. Managed and administered client prescriptions and medications under direction of physicians and pharmacists. Filed medical and health history paperwork for individual clients.
