Started as a sales consultant and was promoted to operations consultant after 11 months. As operations consultant I was responsible for stockroom organizations, ordering supplies, and inventory of the store itself. I was responsible for opening and closing the store and closing the registers. I also changed fixtures and animation monthly to keep up with standards of the company and oversaw other employees to make sure they were maintaining there assigned areas.

Gained knowledge of multiple departments to help customers in and rang customers up on registers. Also helped overnight team with unloading and stocking merchandise and re-ticketing merchandise. Recovered different areas of the store to maintain a clean environment for guests and helped them find the items they were looking for.

Forest Hills School District

Organized coaches for 3 teams and created practice plans for each of them. Attended practices to make sure plans were executed correctly and helped with coaching as well. In charge of signing girls up and taking payment as well.
