Here the role we done as a pharmacist is managing the ground staff who are my colleagues who had limited knowledge on this field and checking what medicines they are distributing. Here i gained some knowledge in dealing with colleagues as i had to deal with the colleagues for every task which i had to do. The other role which all of the staff had to do is Expiry checking for every month. Other roles what we should bedoing there are dealing with customers and getting the feedbacks and recommendations from them.Some of the other roles which we had to do are managing the inventory of medicines sold in excel files and other microsoft office tools for other tasks.
