About Haimee Code

Customer Success is the new black and I love that the industry is calling what my team does the essence of what inspired the many different roles I've had over my career. Consulting, training, education, coaching - ultimately it's all about the customer. Over the past 13 years, I have had the opportunity to build the foundations of the Customer Success team at LinkedIn Australia and experience the evolution of helping customers define value through the way they leverage LinkedIn to plan, hire and develop talent. I am passionate about the customer and helping them realise their goals around the future of work, optimising their ways of working and inspiring teams to succeed. Prior to LinkedIn, I was in a variety of roles in consulting, Learning and Development, education and coaching. I currently lead the Australia Customer Success Organisation in our Talent Solutions Business - 4 teams, 2 solution areas and 30+ phenomenal customer success managers that inspire & empower every customer to connect talent with opportunity and drive business value.I'm focused on developing talent and coaching the next generation of leaders. I have a pragmatic eye for efficiency, optimising process and love dreaming big as much as getting it done. My 2 gorgeous daughters keep me grounded and remind me how to have fun, stay patient and let my imagination run wild.
