CurrentFor Cushman & Wakefield's Israeli affiliate, I split my time between landlord agency and tenant representation work.* Landlord agency work focuses on marketing leading office complexes in Israel:1) Gav Yam Negev Advanced Technologies Park (ATP), Be'er Sheva.This is the first Class A CYBER park in Be'er Sheva, and a public-private partnership (PPP) between Ben Gurion University, the city of Be'er Sheva and Gav Yam (a leading local developer). The park is slated to be 200,000 sqm at its completion and the first two buildings have been completed. The Israeli government, the city of Be'er Sheva and Ben Gurion University have launched CyberSpark - Israeli Cyber Innovation Arena, anchored by the the park.2) Oshira O-Tech Park, Kfar Saba (north suburban Tel Aviv)The 100,000 square meter mixed-use complex will be the first Class A office tech complex in Kfar Saba. It is located at the entrance to the Atir Yeda Street submarket just off Highway 531 and a few minutes' drive from Highway 6, Israel's north south national toll road.3) Adgar 360 Tower, Tel AvivThe 20,000 square meter tower (floors 16 - 35) sits between two Ayalon Highway exits and offers panoramic views of Tel Aviv. The complex offers shuttles to the train station and is adjacent to Nokia Arena, Israel's national basketball stadium.* Tenant Representation work focuses on leading tech companies and multinationals.
