Worked as the REO Coordinator under the V.P. of Company Generated Business As the REO Coordinator I provided administrative assistance to V.P., REO manager and team and was the primary point of contact for five external asset managers as well as having the responsibility of distributing communications to the appropriate internal team members. I worked hard to ensure communications were delivered according to a strict timeline to ensure internal partners were able to complete tasks within the program specified required guidelines. I was responsible for receiving escrow checks, verifying payment accuracy, processing payments and redistributing funds upon contract execution. In addition to my daily tasks I created and implemented an excel based tool to monitor inventory and auto-order based on set criteria for a new office and also created dashboard reports summarizing supply usage and tracking of key company-wide sales metrics. I was responsible for protecting confidential personal and financial information and guaranteeing banking regulations pertaining to disposal of financial information was followed.

A Beautiful World Captured was an award winning photography company specializing in weddings but also offering senior portrait, engagement, maternity, newborn, family and headshots services. As the owner, I was the primary photographer working to capture every moment of the wedding day while maintaining a strict schedule. This must be done while creating a strong working relationship with family and friends of the bride and groom. My time as the owner of A Beautiful World...Captured allowed my customer service skills to shine. My ability to make any and every customer happy at each event was evidenced by the numerous national customer service awards I received due to the many 5 star reviews my clients gave me.I gained experience in book keeping and record keeping as I managed the company for more than 6 years. Additionally, I managed and created all print and online marketing campaigns including website design, flyers/brochures and email blasts, as well as created and implemented pricing strategies. I was also put in the position of directing groups of 30-40 people at a time, ensuring that each wedding party stays on schedule while creating a strong working relationship and ensuring the satisfaction of all involved.
