- Platform Localization: as the PM of corporate level transformation project “RITC”, participate in the foundation and rollout of China RITC project as well as localize the working process and conduct the technology transfer from US. On the other hand, lead the internal communication to broadcast the new idea, the new model and the core value which RITC delivers to the company’s business, drive the behavior change of the related departments and individuals.- Collaborative innovation project with Customer: sell the RITC to China carrier customers, let the customer be aware of RITC’s 3 core advantages: resource centralizing, working process uniform and data driven decision making. Furthermore, acquire the ideas from in-depth investigation with the customer, find out the business opportunities on helping the customer on network maintenance automation, network heath checking, equipment cut over and other software based network operation intelligence.

- PM Governance: set up policies, rules, KPI for contract implementation & project management day to day activities to maintain customer satisfaction and project profitability. Supervise on project performance and help PMs to solve the problems encountered in the project implementation.- Transformation Implementation: Aim to achieve the company transformation goals, smooth & optimize the key business processes and implement accordingly in management information system. Meanwhile, as the sponsor and propellant of the business initiatives, ensure all branches & functional departments be aware of the change and the corresponding implementation plan and then fulfill in future operations.- MIS Admin: in charge of design & development, data administration, change management of corporate contract implementation & project management information system.- RU-China Resource Management: provide visibility to top management on headcount statistics and forecast, utilization report as well as project P&L analysis, project cost review to support corporative sales recognition and cash collection activities. As the single access point to China resource, collaborate with other country ALU units on project resources and follow up the cost recovery procedure.

- Responsible for Resource Forecast & Planning for ASB overseas projects, provide the visibilities of resource request statistic, current resource pool workload and availability analysis, figure out the resource gap and propose the action plan to meet the gap.- As the single access point to ALU units in other countries, receiving resource request from external and search solutions in China. While on the other hand, broadcast resource request to ALU global to meet the resource requirements from the project in China. Establish and maintain the process & information system for resource management, timesheet management, and project cost control.
