I was also responsible for designing and conducting research and evaluation in STEM learning and teaching environments that support inclusive excellence. To do this, I had to analyze, interpret, and report data using R, SPSS, and qualitative methods. Additionally, I wrote grant proposals and reviewed manuscripts. Show less

I had the privilege of serving as a postdoctoral researcher at the College of Education of the University of Missouri - Columbia. During this time, I worked closely with Dr. Laura Zangori in the NSF-funded project, “Enhancing Energy Literacy through Place-based Learning: Using the School Building to Link Energy Use with Earth Systems” (Award Number FAIN 2009127, $450,000). This project aimed to improve energy literacy in students by connecting energy use to earth systems.
