In this role as a Director, I am setting up company's vision and roadmap for manufacturing processes, methodologies, lean, and continuous improvement as well as tactical implementation in USA, China, Korea, Mexico & Czech Republic. Served as Plant Manager in Romeo, MI USA and Karvina, Czech Republic while streamlining tasks of all departments to meet financial goals as defined. Revamp plant personnel to improve the quality and production flexibility of all departments as per expectations. Facilitate as Director of Global Manufacturing Engineering in USA, China, Korea, Mexico, and Czech Republic. Supervise, guide, and mentor teams to manufacture Fuel Canisters, valves, Thermostats, Fuel Caps & Cap Less units. Steer manufacturing processes and tutor manufacturing engineers to new and advanced designs of processes and equipment. Lead, motivate, and support all manufacturing engineering, including plant engineers and designs of new and refurbished equipment Fuel Canisters, valves, thermostats, Fuel Caps & Cap Less units through multiple DFMs. Provide leadership to Manufacturing design teams of individual machines and full line cost estimating for different products.Highlights of my key accomplishments: ➻ Secured company's 700K on one project alone through delivery of exceptional performance.➻ Decreased operation time from 24/7 and 4 shift to 24/5 work schedule with better output than ever before.➻ Conceptualized, launched, and installed all new equipment for new projects to increase efficiencies, productivity, and meet business needs.

Install new manufacturing equipment and launch through the production phase at all global facilities.Identify process improvement opportunities and modify to increase productivity. Conduct rootcause analysis and correct issues.

Leading Global manufacturing processes and standards including equipment design and execution of assembly processes for multiple products across the company globally. These equipment design include but not limited to assembly process equipment, testing equipment conveyor systems, Helium testing and high-pressure testing systems.
