Responsible for Planning, Inventory Management, Warehousing and Transportation & Logistics Operations and BCP execution to ensure continuity of supply.This role is responsible to ensure there is a current monthly Master Production Plan and a weekly Production Schedule which includes setting up the overall production priorities to meet customer demand, forecasts, finished goods inventory and production line efficiency goals. At the same time, this role is also responsible for the warehouse operation in the Plant.This role oversees inventory analysis ensuring proper inventory levels and managing inventory at risk while also ensuring the plant has an update Business Continuity program. The Planning & Logistics Manager works with a small operational team under her/his supervision while working in close collaboration with other functions within the plant.Also responsible for inbound activities such as import, customs clearance and transportation; while also ensuring export activities, including shipping of finished goods to the bottling plants happens On Time and In Full all the time. Also dealing with the free zone governmental authorities on daily basis to ensure the smooth flow of import and export operations.

The Global Supply Chain Process Lead role is accountable for leading business requirements gathering & validation, User Acceptance Testing, and Hypercare support for SAP S4 Supply Chain and processes for functional level business process in East or West Plant regions· The role requires Supply Chain expertise in Production Execution. Also, an understanding of Plant Supply Chain processes and personnel, appropriate communication skills, and the ability to lead highly complex and cross-functional initiatives. · The role works closely with the SAP S4 functional teams and Plants Supply Chain Services team to understand the Supply Chain functionality that needs to be incorporated to the program or interfaces to be built.· The role provides key inputs for business requirements and validation, User Acceptance Testing, and go-live support at East or West plants and relevant OU facilities· Support development and tracking of critical metrics to monitor success· The lead will have experience and expertise in project management, change management, and ERP deployment

Process Engineer: Coordinates daily activities related to theimplementation of capital and non-capital projects in the facility.Ensures that production and other plant activities are not negativelyimpacted by project development.Assists the project & capital management engineer, maintenance and ESLPteams with duties related to project implementation in a safely and secureway.Contributes to the identification of priorities, implementation of plans, projectscheduling, permits issuance, contractors training.
