Kempinski Hotel - Business Bay• General supervision of all contracted work on site: programming and scheduling of work, estimation and planning of materials and manpower requirements.• Reviewing all submissions or transmittals before submitting.• Preparation of program of works in liaison with project manager.• Preparation of materials requisition for the site and counter-signs the materials requisitions prepared by the site engineer.• Preparing a take-off for all quantities and specifies materials for the project and prepares schedule of materials forms.• Preparation of bi-weekly and/or monthly reports for the site highlighting requirements of plant, material, labor and possible delays, etc.• Regularly coordinating with Main contractor to complete MEP works in line with site progress and milestones• Prepare request for Information (RFI), if any conflict in drawings.• Coordination meeting with consultants, client and main contractors.
