ANOC Team Leader (Shift duty manager) Ensure the correct tickets flow which escalated to ANOC and follow up the pending tickets. Run the Cleared Macro and close the TTs originated by ANOCs+907 Group during the shift. Ensure that Creating TTs and fault detection by ANOC-NS team for both NB+BB. Making sure ANOC-NS are monitoring the CIC. Ensure the coordination with other NOC’s and field operations for fault resolution. Shift management and surveillance work load distribution. Prepare Shift Report & Handover report. Escalate all pending and abnormal issues to ANOC Manager if needed to expedite the resolution time. Respond to all inquiries from ANOC Manager. All outages must not exceed 4 hours at all Direct escalation to ANOC FM Mng, and concerned groups after 2 hours immediately by SMS/Phone for all outages & updating the work log with ( ESCALATED by SMS+E-mail). Direct coordination with HBU groups to avoid undesirable escalation from them. Close follow up with your team. TL should be side by side with the team. Quick action toward all tickets specially the old ones.
