Service & Operations Manager
Fleet duties:Fleet movement, document legalization and boarder clearance, customs and clearance, importing and exporting machines, Implement SOPs for the work order for the workshop and the maintenance teams, including the creating of relative work forms and machine log books (machine consumptions – OPEX).Planning and implementation of suitable maintenance programs for our fleet, and their relative processes and trainings, with respect to OEM guidelines.Trace and record machine expenditure (OPEX), breakdowns, MTTR, and MTBFs, and fill “Incident Reporting” form in case of abnormal breakdown or maintenance, and start “Root Cause Analysis” with technical team.Following “Root Cause Analysis” reports, we conduct the suitable modifications to our processes, training, awareness where required.Apply machines updates (hardware and software) in compliance with the OEM technical bulletins and safety upgrades.Assign 3rd party to conduct safety inspection and issue safety certificates.Communicate with the OEM on the equipment warrantee and supplier / user / agent responsibilities, for clarity and transparency with our customers.Team duties:Assessment and training for the technical teams in our workshops in UAE, Oman, Qatar, and KSA, including the creation of KPIs for pivot functions heads.Ensure all decisions / requests between team members are properly documented through the relative forms.Coordinate with our suppliers / principles to conduct frequent training for our service teams across our branches, as well as in house trainings.Managing the service team (over 70 person) to organize and handle repair / maintenance of our own fleet as well as machines on rent.Fulfilling maintenance / service contracts for customer owned machines, in timely manner and provide clear technical and financial report for the job.Workspace duties:Apply ISO (19001 – 14001 – 18001) / TPM.Introduce functions and its relevant tools if feasible (repair in shop Vs. outsourcing)
