• Performed a Root Cause Failure Analysis on a refinery pump to determine the main source of its repetitive failures and went on to assess the solutions in order to mitigate the issues as well as increase the mean time between failures • Assessed the failure criticality of multiple assets, such as transmitters, pumps and motors, with regards to impact on production, health and environmental safety to evaluate if closer monitoring on the assets is required• Implemented Asset Management Plans (AMPs) to increase the reliability of assets in different plants of the refinery, after conducting a performance assessment of a certain plant to determine which assets present require an AMP• Modelled pump shaft drawings in AutoCAD to generate digital records for them, instead of the existing hard copies, after checking the correct bearing fits were installed and the correct bearing bore diameters were used
