Job descriptionWorking mainly as Project Purchaser, responsible on purchasing of equipment, engineering/design service & other ancillary equipment, including:-- Pre-award work from sourcing, pre-qualification, RFQ, commercial negotiation to bid award & contract sign-off-- Post-award contract administration like payment tracking, expediting, change order etc.-- Contract close-out-- Budget control & cost saving track-- Urgent purchase

Professional in sourcing from China and specialized into products related with solar, wind, LED, electric cars/bikes and scooters.Responsibilities： 1, Source out products related with solar(solar panel, inverter, cable, battery, mounting system etc), battery storage system, wind, LED lighting, e-vehicles and others from China2, Quality and price control3, Supervise factories, including products quality, factory operation situation, credits, financial situation etc.4, Follow orders from production, logistic to after-sales service5, Visit clients/projects abroad in Europe, Thailand, Indonesia etc. 6, Organize biz trips of clients to China visiting factories/exhibition7，Financial management + Other administration work
